State Mandated Training
CDS provides State Mandated Training courses in Citrus, Hernando, Lake, Marion, and Sumter Counties.

A well-trained staff is critical to the success of any early childhood program. The State-Mandated training program provides introductory and specialized training as a requirement for childcare center personnel and family childcare home providers.
Approxiamately 116 trainings are conducted each year.
